Our founder, Rich Baker was looking for a way to ensure his mom, a recent widow living a timezone away, Doris, was up and getting ready for her day. He didn’t want to call every morning disturbing her as she keeps a busy schedule. He thought it would be great if he could just get a note she had gotten out of bed for his reassurance and not be a bother.
